Owner and Founder

Lindsey T. Lund, Esq.

Lindsey’s qualifications are broad and diverse. Before starting Lindsey Lund Law, she worked as a commercial litigator, wherein she tried over a dozen cases to verdict as lead counsel. She also served as general counsel of a publicly listed solar energy company, handling matters of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, labor and employment, data privacy, and everything in between.

Lindsey’s experience enables her to deliver comprehensive legal counsel, ensuring a well-rounded approach to addressing her clients’ needs. Her knowledge of litigation, regulatory compliance, and transactional law, gives her clients a strategic advantage because Lindsey mitigates risks on the front-end of any given transaction to avoid future litigation and put her clients in the best possible position to succeed. Working with Lindsey means you will have a partner, who is invested in your success and the success of your business.

Lindsey provides legal counsel and consulting services to clients in all areas of the psychedelics space and other emerging industries, including but not limited to, start-ups, non-profits, practitioners, and harm reduction support providers. She also counsels individuals and churches on the purviews of the Religious Freedom of Restoration Act. As a member of the board of directors of the Illinois Psychedelic Society, Lindsey advocates for drug policy reform and safe and equitable access to psychedelics for the treatment of mental health conditions. Lindsey’s knowledge of and involvement in psychedelics policy, ensures that her clients are fully informed and compliant with the rapidly evolving laws and regulations impacting the space.

Lindsey moonlights as a performer. She is the lead singer of Chicago’s favorite 70s disco-rock band, La Fete Du Funk, and she performs in musicals throughout the Chicagoland area. Lindsey is also the assistant choreographer of the Chicago Bar Association’s annual Bar Show. As a lover of all things music and dogs, Lindsey spends her spare time playing guitar and piano at the Old Town School of Folk Music and volunteering at PAWS Adoption Center, where she actively tries not to adopt a third dog.
